I have been using Howard RV Center to service my campers over the past 10 years. I recently experienced an electrical problem with my newest camper. I once again sought out the services of Howard RV-----as in the past, they carried out the requirement at hand with a professional. courteous and timely approach. David, the service technician who repaired my unit, was outstanding in the area of trouble shooting, attention to detail and customer service. We had a minor emergency with our LTV Unity while on our road trip from Oregon over to the US east coast. We called Howard RV Center in Wilmington, NC, and we were directed to Rachel in their parts department. Rachel placed the order for the critical parts we needed, with an expected delivery date from the vendor that coincided with our expected arrival date in Wilmington. Alas, the delivery was delayed. :-( The folks at Howard were extremely nice and helpful, allowing us to spend the night on their lot so we hat we could get the needed part when it DID get delivered. And this was in the midst of renovations at the dealership. They went out of their way to make us feel like a valued customer, even though we were not buying a rig nor even getting any service work done. Had a wonderful experience buying an RV from the Howard team last year. We went to them as total RV newbies, looking for a used Class A to start full-timing. Got great driving tips on my first RV test drive ever - still can't believe they trusted me with that ;-) They took us through an exhaustive educational session on every single system, button, etc. on the rig which we very much needed. While we were a bit nervous buying a used Class A without much knowledge or mechanical prowess, we are happy to report we are over a year into living/driving this RV full-time and have not had any issues! I highly recommend Howard RV for your next RV purchase! John the owner cares about his customers, and is on top of what’s going on around his dealership! Tom is very professional and follows up as any sales staff should! David and Rick in Service are very courteous and have followed through well in the service department!!
